Hi,
read here (http://www.beverlyclub.net/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=52:sostituzione-pompa-acqua&catid=29:meccanica-125200250&Itemid=6); of course you should'nt change the pump, but others instructions can apply.
In short: loose clamps over pipes; loose filling cap; remove pipes; reconnect pipes and put new clamps; loose the vent on the thermostat cover and connect in with a tube to the expansion tank; refill liquid, until it reaches top level; start the engine until NONE air goes off the vent screw; close the vent screw; turn engine off; refill expansion tank; start engine until electrical ventilation starts few times; refill expansion tank.

Excuse me Zsolt
the procedure you want to do is very simple and Vingiul has correctly described,
but if you want to know it you can download the Workshop Manual of your scooter model and then you can learn to do mechanical of your Beverly, infact it's very important when you empty the coolant circuit and then you fill the the water you make outlet the air in the circuit, download the manual and read the procedure to do
